Account access

Common account issues and where to start:

  • Confirmation email didn't arrive. Check your spam folder. On the sign-in screen, try signing in; if your email isn't confirmed you'll see a "Resend confirmation email" option.
  • Sign-in problems. Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with and that your password meets the length and character requirements.
  • Forgotten password. Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in tab to receive a reset email.
  • Reset or confirmation link expired. Request a new one from the sign-in or forgot-password screen.
  • Suspected unauthorized access. Reset your password immediately and contact support so we can look into the account.
  • Habits missing after switching accounts. Local habit data is isolated per signed-in account on this device. Confirm you are signed in with the account that created the habits. If you previously used Dual-Forge before per-account isolation, open Settings to review and import legacy browser data into the correct account.

Trouble signing in with Google?

  • Allow your browser to navigate to Google and back to Dual-Forge; don't block or close the tab mid-redirect.
  • If the sign-in is interrupted, start again from the sign-in screen.
  • You can always sign in with your email and password instead.

Habit and browser data

Habits, check-ins, and daily notes are currently stored in your browser. That means:

  • Habits are tied to the browser you're using — signing in on a different browser or device may show an empty tracker.
  • Clearing your browser's site data for Dual-Forge may remove habits and check-ins.
  • Private or incognito browsing sessions may not preserve habit data between visits.
  • Check-ins can be recorded and undone on the Today screen; the platform counters only move on successful daily check-ins (a Build habit marked completed, or a Break habit marked avoided).

Community counters

  • Habits Built counts successful daily Build check-ins across all users.
  • Habits Broken counts successful daily Break check-ins across all users.
  • Only one qualifying event per user, per habit, per day increases the totals — duplicate check-ins for the same habit and date are ignored.
  • Public totals are aggregate application activity. Raw per-user event records are not publicly displayed.
  • Totals do not independently verify real-world behavior; they reflect what users record inside Dual-Forge.

Add to Home Screen

On supported mobile devices, most modern browsers can save a website to the Home Screen for quick access. Dual-Forge supports this on devices where the browser offers it, but a Home Screen shortcut is not a native App Store or Google Play application — native mobile apps are planned for the future.

Bug reports

When you report a bug, please include:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • What actually happened.
  • Your browser and device type (for example, "Safari on iPhone").
  • Approximately when it happened.
  • A screenshot if one is helpful.
  • Whether you were logged in at the time.

Please never send passwords, email confirmation codes, password-reset links, API keys, access tokens, session tokens, or payment-card information.

Privacy and account requests

Support can help with:

  • Requesting deletion of your Dual-Forge cloud account.
  • Privacy questions covered by the Privacy Policy.
  • Profile corrections.
  • Concerns about unauthorized access.
  • Questions about locally stored browser data.
